Consulting / Website rebuild
A professional website that makes it easy to contact you.
A complete rebuild for established businesses: clear services, built for phones first, one obvious way to get in touch, and the search basics done properly.
What's included
A complete site, ready to launch
One business, one location and one language. Everything below is part of the starting price for a straightforward site.
About five pages
Typically home, two priority service pages, about and contact, adjusted to your business. Valuable pages aren't squeezed out to hit a number.
Copy from your real details
Written from your existing information and a short intake. Your photos, logo and genuine reviews; you confirm the facts before launch.
An enquiry path that works
Mobile layout, clear calls to action, click-to-call and one enquiry form, with delivery tested to the inbox you choose.
Basic search foundations
Page titles, headings, indexing settings, a sitemap, sensible internal links and accurate service and location details, shaped by a light check of how customers search.
What already works is kept
Existing pages are inventoried and useful content preserved. Up to 25 straightforward old addresses are redirected to their new pages.
Measurement and handoff
Basic Search Console and analytics where your access and consent setup allow, counting completed enquiries rather than button clicks. Then launch checks and a handoff.
Not included: integrations, e-commerce, memberships, multi-location builds, original photography and extensive content migration are quoted separately. Hosting, any platform licences and ongoing maintenance are priced in writing before you sign. Ongoing SEO is a separate service: see SEO optimization and SEO content.
How it runs
From first email to launch
-
Email or call
Tell me about the business and the site. If something smaller would do, I'll say so.
-
Written proposal
Exact pages, platform, price, what I need from you and a target date. Nothing starts until you agree.
-
Deposit and details
The proposed 10 business days start once the deposit clears and the access, facts and assets in the proposal arrive.
-
Preview and changes
You review the working site, including a test enquiry, and send one consolidated set of changes.
-
Launch and handoff
After you accept the preview and pay the balance: launch, live checks of the form and redirects, and a handoff so you can make basic edits.

Price, payment and ownership
$1,500 is the starting price for a straightforward site of about five pages. If your business needs more pages, a larger migration or an integration, you get a written quote before committing to anything.
- Payment
- $750 deposit to start. $750 when you accept the working preview, before launch.
- Timeline
- A proposed 10 business days once access, business facts and assets arrive. The date for your project is confirmed in the proposal and depends on the agreed scope.
- Revisions
- One design direction and one consolidated round of changes.
- After launch
- 14 days to correct any defects introduced by the work.
- Ownership
- Once paid, you own the domain, the site and the agreed accounts, subject to any third-party licences disclosed up front.
- Hosting
- Hosting and maintenance are priced before you sign, and you can manage the site yourself. Ongoing SEO is separate: the SEO roadmap and monthly content services build on the same site.
Who it's for, and what's quoted separately
A good fit if
- You run an established business, such as pool service, repairs or a trade, and customers find you through search and referrals.
- Your site is dated, awkward on a phone, or doesn't explain the services you most want to sell.
- You have room for more of the right enquiries.
- You can supply accurate business details, a logo or photos, and one round of feedback.
Quoted separately
- Online stores, memberships, payments or a booking system built from scratch. Existing booking software can usually be linked or embedded.
- Larger sites, blogs or complex migrations with more than 25 addresses to map.
- Several locations, several languages, or original photography.
- Shopify store rebuilds. Shopify stores are covered here.
What you can count on, and what nobody can promise
A better website makes it easier for the right customer to contact you. It doesn't control everything that decides whether they find you.
You can count on the agreed pages, an enquiry form tested to your inbox, preserved or redirected addresses, and a site you can update without calling me.
Nobody can promise rankings or call volume. Local search also weighs relevance, distance and prominence, and a new site alone doesn't prove new business came from it.
Is it worth it? That depends on what a new job is worth to you. On the first call we work through your real numbers. If the project doesn't make sense, I'll tell you.
What tracking shows: completed form enquiries and taps on the call button. A tap is not a connected call or a sale, and the report will say so.
Why "from" $1,500?
$1,500 covers a straightforward site of about five pages for one business and location. The cost rises with the page count, the size of the migration and any integrations. You see the exact price in the proposal before paying anything.
What platform will the site use?
A supported, maintainable platform chosen before the build, not custom software that only I can run. If you expect to publish articles later, we pick a setup that handles that so you never need a second migration.
My site has more than five pages. What happens to the rest?
Nothing is deleted just to fit the offer. I look at the size of the site before quoting. Useful pages stay, and larger sites, blogs or complex migrations get a separate quote.
Who does the work?
You work directly with me. If a trusted collaborator builds part of the site, the proposal says so, and I stay responsible for the result.
Do you only work with South Florida businesses?
No. I'm based in Fort Lauderdale, so local businesses can meet in person, and I work remotely by email, video call and a shared preview wherever you are in the US.
Next step
Tell me about the business.
Email your website address and the services you most want to sell. I'll reply with whether a rebuild fits. If it does, we'll arrange a short call.
