Consulting / For agencies

Senior SEO help for your clients' sites.

For web, development and marketing agencies. Bring me a client's search problem and get it planned, implemented and verified, with evidence and a handoff your team can show the client.

How to buy

The same service menu, per client site

Agencies buy the same services as direct clients, one client site at a time. Pick the one that matches the problem; if you're not sure, describe it and I'll recommend one.

SEO optimization

$750 or $1,500 once

A roadmap for the client site, or the roadmap plus a named first set of changes: up to five commercial pages and up to three straightforward technical issues, such as a canonical or indexing fault or broken redirects, verified live.

SEO content

$750 or $1,250 /month

Two or four articles or page improvements a month for a client, published, linked and reviewed, with a short monthly performance review you can pass on.

Website rebuild

From $1,500

A straightforward small-business site of about five pages, for a client you'd rather not build in-house. Larger sites, stores and integrations are quoted separately.

Website rebuild details

Every implementation includes: crawl diagnostics, deployed changes where your access permits, before-and-after evidence, a short handoff with rollback notes, and any remaining issues listed as separate work rather than left vague.

Bigger or unclear problems: full migrations, large redirect projects and problems that need diagnosis before they can be scoped get a separate quote. For ongoing senior SEO across several client sites, the Fractional SEO Lead engagement is the better fit.

How it runs

Diagnosis, implementation, evidence

  1. Send the problem

The site, the issue or backlog, and any launch date. Share only what your client agreement allows.

  2. Agree the scope

The service, the pages or changes involved, who talks to the client, how access is granted, and what counts as done.

  3. Implement and verify

Status codes, indexability, canonicals, links and rendered output, checked on the affected pages and an unaffected control. Staging checks aren't treated as proof of a live fix.

  4. Handoff

A change log, verification evidence, rollback instructions, and any remaining issues listed as separate work.

Fit, expectations and questions

Who it's for: you keep the client, I clear the SEO work

You keep the client. I clear the SEO work. Agencies often win the build or the media budget, then find the SEO work has no senior owner.

A good fit if

  • You have active client sites and an SEO backlog nobody senior owns.
  • A relaunch is coming, or a recent one left redirect, canonical or indexing problems.
  • A client's key commercial pages need better search targeting, and your team is busy.
  • You want the work verified and documented, not just a list of recommendations.

Probably not a fit if

  • You need a full migration run end to end. That's scoped separately.
  • You need emergency on-call cover or open-ended meetings.
  • You want a link-building program.
  • Payment would depend on your client paying you, or on net-60 terms.
What to expect: evidence of the fix, not a traffic promise

You can count on

The agreed work implemented, with evidence your team can show the client: what changed, how it was checked live, and how to roll it back.

Nobody can promise

Traffic recovery or rankings on a timetable. Search engines recrawl on their own schedule, and other changes to the site affect the result.

Payment

Terms are agreed in the proposal and don't depend on your client paying you.

Your relationship

We agree up front who communicates with the client and how the work is presented.

Do you talk to our client directly?

Only if you want me to. We agree before starting who communicates with the client and how the work is presented.

Can you work on several client sites?

Yes, as separate projects, each scoped and priced from the same menu. Keeping each one defined is what makes the price dependable.

Who does the work?

You work directly with me. If a trusted collaborator handles part of the implementation, the proposal says so, and I stay responsible for the result.

Do you need production access?

Only what the work needs, through your normal roles. If you'd rather deploy yourselves, I prepare the change and verify it once it's live.

Next step

Send me the backlog.

Describe the client site and the SEO problem in a few lines. I'll reply with which service fits, or whether it needs a separate quote. Then we'll arrange a short call.
